Dr. Michael Cohen, MD, FAAOS is a board certified Orthopeadic surgeon from Illinois. He attended medical school at the University of Chicago where he also completed his fellowship. He was a founding member and 20-year board member of the Joliet Area Risk Retention Group Captive Insurance Company. He also served on the claims committee for 20 years. Additionally, he served on the boards of National Physicians Holding Company, Physicians Re reinsurance company, and MMRRG for many years.
